Speaker biography:

Patricia Acosta-Vargas, PhD. in Computer Science from the University of Alicante, Spain. She works as a consultant in web accessibility, e-Health, tele-rehabilitation, Human-Computer Interaction, gamification, data science, e-commerce and innovation. She is a teacher and researcher at UDLA and has more than 90 scientific publications indexed in Scopus and WOS. She is an ambassador for WiDS-UDLA in agreement with Stanford University. She is the Director of the Master's Degree in User Experience at UDLA.
