- An accepted paper must be presented at the conference by a registered author to be included in the proceedings. The certificate of participation and presentation of the article will be issued solely in the name of the expositor.
- Registration rates include access to all sessions of the Conference (November 8-10).
- All participants will receive a certificate of participation and the program of the conferences.
- EPN undergraduate students must attach a copy of the class schedule issued by the Student Administration System (SAEw) to the registration form.
